  1. Drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated
  2. Wash your face twice daily
  3. Don’t scrub/exfoliate too hard or too often
  4. Take off makeup every night
  5. Apply moisturiser after cleansing
  6. Try and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
  7. Use sunscreen daily
  8. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
  9. Exercise regularly
  10. Dab some perfume or spray behind your ears for a long lasting smell
