- Drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated
- Wash your face twice daily
- Don’t scrub/exfoliate too hard or too often
- Take off makeup every night
- Apply moisturiser after cleansing
- Try and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
- Use sunscreen daily
- Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Exercise regularly
- Dab some perfume or spray behind your ears for a long lasting smell
