  • Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. You can add a slice of lemon as well to aid weight loss
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water
  • Eat foods that contain a lot water, like fruits and vegetables
  • Take on exercising such as brisk walks or cardio at least 3 times a week
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
  • Consume alcohol in moderation
